All the rate sheets on the website are now updated with the 2025-2028 rates – when you click on a specific rate sheet, scroll down to see past our current rates to the new ones that take effect on March 30. In fact, we’ve now published all the rates until the end of the new contract in March 2028!

• This year’s general rate increase is 5.5%. Next year it will be 4% and the year after, another 3.5%.
• This year, PA Helper rates will go from $356.70 to $379.25, a 6.3% increase. In future, the PA Helper rate will no longer be attached to minimum wage, except on Rate Sheets G, R, and W (where all rates are negotiable but not less than minimum wage).
• We achieved new wage differentials and one year lag calculations, resulting in more favourable rates. There is also a new base rate for weekly hires on Side Letter 4 productions, so check out each production’s rate sheet via the show name link on our weekly production list to see what this means for you!
