Richard began his career in factual television as a director and editor on shows like Intervention Canada (A&E), Vegas Rat Rods (Discovery) and Ice Road Truckers (History). In 2010, Richard won a Gemini Award for the critically acclaimed Discovery Channel Show Best. Trip. Ever. After serving as Vincenzo Natali\u2019s shadow on NBC\u2019s Hannibal, he was hired as the lead director and producer of NBC Sprout\u2019s groundbreaking new kids series, Terrific Trucks. Richard went on to become the co-executive producer, co-writer, and director on the TV movie Terrific Trucks Save Christmas, where he was nominated for a 2017 Emmy for Outstanding Direction. Richard is currently in post-production on his first feature film, a bromantic comedy he co-wrote, produced and directed entitled Sideboob.
