As an Art Department Coordinator, I’m leveraging my past 17+ years’ experience in fine arts coordination – project planning, arts administration, and collaborative teamwork. Through my production work, I'm highly experienced in managing various aspects of art department administration including managing POs, and distribution of art dept. documents such as drawings, breakdowns and tech packages; obtaining clearance and product placement; budget tracking and asset management for graphics, motion graphics, art department office, etc.; assisting with backdrop rentals, coordinating delivery and printing; helpful, clear and knowledgeable communications intra and inter-department and with vendors.

I’m reliable, resourceful, observant, efficient, a quick learner and take initiative. I provide skilled support to crew members with my fundamental skills and knowledge in set design and as a visual artist including hand drafting and CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
