I am a location scout based in Vancouver, BC. With a passion for location-driven scripts, I bring almost 30 years of experience to the table, constantly evolving and adapting to new challenges. In response to the pandemic, I developed a 360-degree virtual tour system, which has proven invaluable for remote scouting. Additionally, I've recently integrated drone technology into my scouting toolkit, enhancing the scope of my work. In 2010, I created the curriculum for the Introduction to Location Scouting course and spent seven years educating hundreds of students. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, I was the first instructor to seamlessly transition to an online teaching format. I am the only scout to have participated in a mentorship program, I successfully produced a photography competition for location scouts in British Columbia and I have written a couple of feature articles for the LMGI's Compass Magazine.
