The 2025 DGC Ontario Annual General and Special Meeting took place on Sunday, April 13, and we are pleased to welcome the following Members to the DGC Ontario Executive Board

• Anna Beben has been acclaimed as the First Vice-Chair
• Marr Morgan has been acclaimed as the Secretary-Treasurer
• Lisa Rose Snow has been acclaimed as the Directors Caucus Representative
• Effy Papadopoulos has been elected as the Production Caucus Representative
• Kevin Banks has been acclaimed as the Sound Editing Caucus Representative
• James Porteous has been acclaimed as the Post Production Caucus Representative
• Lianne Seal has been acclaimed as the Accounting Caucus Representative

Close to 237 Members and Apprentices were present in person and virtually, and 133 were represented by proxy.

On behalf of the Executive Board and the Membership, DGC Ontario would like to thank the outgoing Board Members ending their term this year for their service: Production Caucus Representative Moe Rai and Accounting Caucus Representative Jo Pérez for their time and service on the Executive Board. And although Lianne Seal remains on the Board as Accounting Representative, we’d like to thank her for serving as Secretary-Treasurer for the last three terms.

We would also like to thank Nominating Committee Chair Esther Scannell for her dedication to preparing the 2025 Nomination Slate.
