TV NOMINEES ANNOUNCED FOR 23RD ANNUAL DGC AWARDS

Toronto – The DGC is honoured to unveil the initial round of nominees for the 23rd annual DGC Awards. The television nominees cover categories for Television Series, Movies for Television and Mini-Series. Winners will be announced and presented online on Monday, October 28th.

This announcement will be followed by the nominations for Feature Film, Documentary and Short Film as well as the shortlist for the DGC’s Jean-Marc Vallée Discovery Award which will be released after the DGC Awards juries meet on September 7th.

“These nominees are a reminder that Canada is a world-class market for television production and phenomenal storytelling," said DGC President Warren P. Sonoda. “I'm proud to celebrate so many of my peers and their incredible work this year."
