The deadline for Television Series, Movies for Television and Mini-Series is April 20th, 2025. 

The deadline for Feature Film, Documentary and Short Film is August 17th, 2025.

The DGC Awards does not charge a submission fee.

All Full DGC Members in Good Standing (not including Good Standing Honourable Withdrawal) are eligible to submit individuals or productions for consideration and must complete ALL sections of this submission form either for themselves or on behalf of another member. If this application is submitted by a third-party person ("Contact Person"), who is neither a DGC Member submitting their own name, nor a DGC Member submitting another individual or production for consideration, then the Contact Person must provide their contact details in the relevant sections of the form below. The Contact Person must be available to answer any questions about the submission. Please submit information for only one production on any copy of this form. You may submit individual names for consideration using the boxes below. If submitting more than one episode of a TV series, please submit a new form for each episode.

Please do not email us your completed Copyright Authorization Form. You will have the chance to upload the completed form near the end of your submission. Your submission will not be accepted unless it comes with a complete authorization form.

 

Screeners:

Online Screeners must be commercial free and not on a subscription based service. All screeners must be active until November 8th, 2025. 

Screeners must be accessible to multiple viewers. For the purposes of voting, screeners you submit will ultimately be made available to the entire DGC membership, should your submission receive a nomination.
