Greetings! My name is Romy (pronounced r-OH-mee) and I am an artist and graphic designer. I have a B.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from OCAD University and I studied Graphic Design at George Brown College. For ten years, I worked in marketing for not-for-profits —often as the sole graphic designer— responsible for managing and producing assets that appealed to varied audiences, and frequently under tight deadlines. Since joining the DGC I've had the opportunity to be a part of award nominated Art Departments, and I'm skilled in both digital and traditional mediums. I enjoy that each production I've worked on has challenged me to use my skills in brand new capacities. I like getting my hands dirty, and I'm pretty handy with an x-acto knife!
